Randwick Lodge is a historic building located at 211 Avoca Street, Randwick (original name was Corona). The land was originally acquired in 1863 by Judge Thomas Calleghan who built "Avoca" (now demolished) in Milford Street, where he resided until his death. It is believed that the Judges widow, Elizabeth, built "Corona" in 1898. This beautiful property was built as rental accommodation which is the present use.
